Our stylist are hand selected in their first two years as cosmetologist to extensively train for 6 months in our
KMH Salon Junior program. This program has been in place for 8 years & has provided Jr. Stylist with the opportunity to grow advance skills & experience. We love providing dependable & cohesive results that will make our
guest feel comfortable with any of our stylist.

Not only do we want you to be successful behind the chair but want you to have a supportive and caring environment as a person. We cohesively believe in helping one another, formulating as a group, complimenting each other & our work, sharing clients with full trust & never competing with each other.
What We Offer
We offer training for the first 3 months of employment to empower your confidence and skills. Advance training follows weekly for the following 3 months in technique and customer care. All our staff is offered in-house training once a month for business building & we take classes from other skilled industry leaders 4 times a year. KMH Salon & Co. offers up to 50% monetary support for hair industry education.
